You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ph80 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
ph80 staff will never request your password, OTP, or GCash MPIN. Any communication purporting to be from ph80 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph80 support immediately.
As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, ph80 is required to conduct KYC verification on all Accounts. You must complete KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal. Accepted identification documents include: UMID, PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, and Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office. ph80 may request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence at its discretion.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya credit to your Account balance immediately upon successful authorization. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank through InstaPay or PesoNet are credited upon settlement, typically within 30 minutes to 2 business hours. By making a deposit, you warrant that the funds deposited are legitimately yours, derived from lawful sources, and that you are not using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity. ph80 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds for any deposit or cumulative deposits that trigger ph80's or PAGCOR's AML thresholds.
Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a legitimate ph80 deposit transaction is a material breach of these Terms. ph80 will suspend any Account subject to a chargeback pending investigation and will pursue recovery of disputed funds through all lawful means, including reporting the transaction to PAGCOR and relevant financial institutions.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support outbound transfers, in which case ph80 will credit to the Player's registered GCash or Maya account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within five (5) minutes for verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within two (2) business hours.
KYC verification must be completed before ph80 will process any withdrawal. ph80 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC or any additional due diligence review. If a withdrawal is withheld pending investigation and the investigation confirms no irregularity, the funds will be released promptly.
Bonus Funds are not withdrawable as cash until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.
Players are solely responsible for determining any tax obligations arising from winnings received through the Platform under applicable Philippine law, including any obligations under the National Internal Revenue Code. ph80 does not provide tax advice and makes no representations about the tax treatment of gambling winnings.
ph80 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited. You may close your Account at any time by contacting ph80 customer support. Upon closure, any available real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any pending KYC or compliance review. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
ph80 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within the required period, reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering, failure to satisfy PAGCOR compliance requirements, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
Where ph80 closes an Account due to breach of Terms, any Balance may be withheld pending investigation. If investigation confirms no wrongdoing by the Player, available Balance will be returned within a reasonable period.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact ph80 in good faith through the official support channel to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. ph80 commits to responding to formal dispute notices within fifteen (15) business days.
